I teach lessons at my home in Heaton Mersey. Lessons typically are taught 1-1 although I can also accommodate joint lessons and very small groups.
Lessons currently cost £45 and last for up to one hour
During a lesson, I will use my hands and verbal instruction to help you improve your awareness of habits and by stopping these, rediscover a more natural coordination, balance and mobility.
